Been away from the game a year or so. Playing as Mamluks. Why is it that I asked a country to transfer trade power to me and they did. They show in the Trade window as “Transferring Trade Power To Us” but when I hover over their shield it says they have an embargo against me? Or am I just reading this wrong?
