Starting as Petty-King (Duke) of Sjælland in 769 i conquer parts of de Jure Norway and Sweden. I then defeat the King of Pommerania, so now I'm King of Pommerania (and Duke of Sjælland and Count of Sjælland and Skåne).
Then I die. As expected I inherit/keep the King title, but another son becomes King of Denmark and goes independant, robbing me of the very prosperous provinces of Sjælland and Skåne
My mistake, forgot about this feature, so I reload an earlier save, create the title King of Denmark and makes this my primary title. I realise this means I'll lose Pommerania - but at least this is a smaller loss, as I'll still be King of Denmark and possess lots of de Jure Norway and Sweden.
As I die (again), I do in fact become King of Denmark and lose Pommerania title. Much to my surprise though, ALL my other provinces go to Pommerania, leaving me ONLY de Jure Danish provinces.
Is this really how it's supposed to work? I would have expected to lose only de Jure Pommeranian provinces. How do I prevent this, ie. can I transfer my nordic vassals from Pommerania to Denmark?
