When I use Command Units on my satellite, is it impossible to transport his troops on my fleets?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Just get their fleet with your fleet and hope they have Transports, make it an 'expeditionary force' if they don't have a requird ammount
They don't have a single transport and their army is on the wrong continent... xD
