Training Carrier Air is a major and unnecessary PITA

Again, I hate the Naval since MTG, but I started England today just to convince myself I hate the Naval.

You cannot train Carrier Air unless the CV is NOT in port. I am not interested in reality, but for gaming - please allow training of Carrier planes whenever you want. The Naval stuff is such a pain in the ass, any help in managing this aggravation would be great.

Well, you could do what was (and still is) historical. Base the planes on land when the ships are in port.
Although, I typically pre-train my carrier groups (on land) while the carrier is in the construction que, and then as soon they complete (and depart for my training flotilla) I delete the auto-generated ones and rebase the pre-trained ones to the carriers.

Yeah, great. This is a just a game with way too much micro for Navy. Re-read my post, just make it so that you can train them anytime. I mean, we already have aircraft that can teleport to any zone it wants.., why not have this little feature happen.
