Train is stuck below the track and blocking traffic

Hi, I had a train bridge across a river, however I deleted it and decided to make it rise higher to avoid some roads. In doing so, a train got stuck floating beneath the track, and it won't go away. It is also blocking the traffic on the rails and preventing shipments from coming into town, business is suffering as a result! Here is a screenshot: http://prntscr.com/6wblzf

I did figure out that if I destroy the bridge while the game is paused and then unpause it, the trains would disappear, but if I never unpaused it while the bridge was completely gone, this would happen. I didn't even notice it for a while until my buisnesses were running out of goods.

also with dual tack sets with grade level crossings trucks / buses can get stuck between the tracks and jam them up.

And, how do you solve it?

Just wait. Sooner or later they should respawn.

If respawning is not working (even though it should), just rebuild the track for the train to get along and go away.
