Hello, I wonder if anyone knows if there is any mod around there that makes us able to change the colours of the traffic cars? I mean there is mods for road, water and grass textures now and I know changing the colours of buses already is implemented for routes so it should be possible, right?

My problem is mainly the colourful hot dog and donut vans, there are so many of them and they stand so much out with their pink, yellow etc which kind of spoils beautiful overview shots of my city and network in my opinion. I would really like them more anonymous, like greyish, or even replace them all together with the normal vans.

Thanks for reply.

Good question... It would be nice if there was a regional mod so we have automobiles, trains, and buildings that match what we're used to seeing.

I agree that there are too many of these fanciful trucks and we need more generic box trucks and vans even if they are different colors.

The game originally launched with a Vehicle editor listed in the Asset Editor. Streamers could see it and click on it but it did nothing.

"AzureSpecter" on Reddit says that they currently have no plans to make this an actual thing despite putting it into the menu and giving it an icon and leaving it in the game late enough that streamers had it in their copies a week before release. Until they do that, this probably won't be possible, so don't hold your breath.

It may have been removed because of potential issues with people creating poor vehicle assets that could potential affect the game.

After all a bad building Asset can affect the game when only one is placed, imagine 100's of poor car assets spawning.

Alternatively they may have decided that at launch they didn't want to overload potential issue causing features. Maybe it may return at a later date.

I seem to remember there was a citizen editor as well in some screenshots.
