Trading posts and convoys

I have established several TP's and in the manual it says that you must connect the TP's with the motherland with convoys to get the things. I have the TPs and plenty of shipps but i can't establish any convoy between the TPs and home. please enlighten me anyone...

It seems TPs doesn't need convoys...

Or perhaps they are handled automatic by the regular convoys if these are assigned to the computer.

areas with TPs are not listed in the convoy list, and TPs doesn't increase the need for more convoys. Once you claim the colony that changes...

This is really boggling my mind...
Sometimes you need convoys, sometimes you do - WM doesn't need them, TP's don't need them, colonies do need them, aaargh...

Okay. But I can't see any goods coming into my resourse pool from the Tp's.

Maybe you don't get anything untill you caim the colony?

If you have a workforce and rescource flow going, I dont see why that would be realisticly.

You get a tiny amount of the resource from the province you have a TP in.
