How can i see how I totally control a trade good? When i click on a province i see something like 1.08/24.56 gold controlled or something like that but is there a way to see how my country totally controls it? ex: Austria 57,87/200,67 grain controlled or something like that. Because I want to get the achivement with Norway and the naval supplies, thank you.

If you click on one of the merchant names on that list on the right (it's called the outliner) then a tab will show up where provice info usually does. This has pie charts. Note that you can own all the provinces in a region and still have other merchants and trade ships turn up so a poor, landlocked region such in the steppes area (or really early colonisation) might be best.
