Playing as Ethiopia and can't see to trade at the different Golden/Timurid Horde Cot
Doesn't see to matter if I have reform the Government, westernize, trade tech levels, trade efficient etc
haven't this problem before playing other nations
Thanks in advance

It isnt Eithopia's fault.

You cant trade there, because it's closed to you. However, since the Golden Horde and the Timurids are hordes, they cant be asked to open. Wait for someone to conquer those COTs. then ask them to open, If it isnt already
