Trade station founded?

It's in events/tradeleagues. It's just a random event when you're in a league, can happen in any province with at least 4 base tax and 1000 pop. It's more likely to happen in provinces with:
trade_goods = slaves
trade_goods = ivory
trade_goods = tea
trade_goods = chinaware
trade_goods = spices
trade_goods = coffee
trade_goods = cotton
trade_goods = sugar
trade_goods = tobacco

I think it can happen if the CoT is totally full of league members, that is there are no non-league members they could compete away instead.

Really? I always see the league CoTs being the richest in the world untill colonial nations get really big. The leagus to collapse when the leader get annexed/vassalied though, and Genoa is a prime target for that.
