Trade Post income incorrectly shown?

Trade post income doesn't seem to match the tooltip. See below image: 6 + 6* (13.2% + 40% + 6.8% + 80%) = 14.4, but the income is shown as 17.4.

Further, Trade Zone income is shown as 9.6. This is the only trade post for my family in this Trade Zone. 9.6 is interesting because it is equal to 6 + 6 * (13.2%+40%+6.8%) = 9.6. This would be the income I would expect, if I didn't have a Stewardship bonus.

9.6 is also the income attributed this Trade Post in my income sheet. (Trade Post is in Urmhumhain.) This is consistent with the theory that Stewardship bonus is not being applied.

What am I missing here? Is 9.6 the correct income, and if so why is the Stewardship Bonus excluded and the income shown as 17.4? Is there something else going on?

Hmm... there's something amiss here, I'm not quite sure what.

I've checked with a fresh game and made some comparisons and calculations as well but I'm getting inconsistent results as well.

Listen, I can't really tell you what's the problem here, and I won't try to wing it with a random answer. I'll create a ticket with some data and we'll see what's going on there.
