Simple question, which I hope is positive, I know there's going to be a world market again and by the sounds of it no bi-lateral trade.
I'm fine with that I just need to know, will I be able to embargo nations this game? As well if I embargo nations, well it cause them to have to buy goods that I produce at a higher price on the world market?
Hopefully embargoes are, otherwise it'll be tough to stop goods from getting to my enemies and cause hoarding like in Vic1.
