during war when trade effectiveness falls do you LOSE part of the trade (your resources and/or those sent to you in return)? Or do you keep the resources:
For example:
1. I trade 100 energy for 100 metal at 50% effectiveness:
What is the result:
a) I send 100 energy, 100 arrives, they send 100 metal, 50 arrives?
b) I send 100 energy, 50 arrives, they send 50 metal, 25 arrives?
c) I send 100 energy, 50 arrives, they send 100 metal, 50 arrives?
d) I send 50 energy, I receive 50 metal (both sides simply keep or don't send the difference, nothing is lost just listed trade is only 50% 'effective)?
If my enemy is not at war with my trading partner I would assume the result is A but want to be sure...
If the enemy is at war with my trading partner I would assume the result is either B or C...
thanks
