Trade Companies won't RE-appear

So I'm playing Manchu, moved capital to Europe (specifically Astrakhan) and created Trade Companies in Asia. Was happily looting and razing when 1675 came. I got Imperialism so I decided to form Qing (since I haven't actually got that achievement anyway), but I forgot this moved my capital to Beijing, naturally this deleted all my Asian TC. So I promptly moved it back to Astrakhan, but I still can't recreate TC in my Asian lands.There should still be provinces I forgot to add in to my TC because I often forget adding them in after conquest but nope, It's not even greyed out, the button is just gone. I waited a month, restarting the game, nothing works. Is this a bug?

I thought that only applied for manually removing from a TC, not capital moves. Also, OP said he had provinces that weren't in the TC already, they should have no cool-down.

OP, did you move your trade capital and not your real capital by mistake?

Applies for capital moves also, and it's instant so no way to avoid this.

Yep, bly08 is correct, 5 years later I could add in all those provinces back. Was set back for a bit since those TC provinces gave me over 200 force limit so I had to downsize my army for a while. But back on track now!

Huh...TIL... Surprised it applied for provinces not in a TC to begin with.

If you never added them in the first place pretty sure you can still add them once the capital moves. OP's problem was that his capital moved to Asia thus disabling TC's in the entire continent.
