Trade companies and coring

I think it's awkward that Euro nations have to make far away Indian provinces into a "core" to reduce overextension, which seems to work away from what "core" means.

I think adding provinces to trade companies should remove them form overextension, and perhaps a monarch point cost should be added to adding provinces to a company.

But they'll still have the huge maluses from not being a core? (e.g. -2 building slots)
