Playing Germany, I'm recognizing that the 'trade agreement' functionality described in the manual (but not yet in the game) would be VERY helpful. As Germany, I've gotten very cozy w/ Sweden and Romania (for their resources, not their personality 
)....but now I'm contemplating going to war w/ them because I can't get their vital iron/oil excess resources via Trade Agreement.
When is this functionality expected? I'm not terribly optimistic since it didn't make the game at all but it is crucial (along w/ fixing the trade system per some other threads) to improving the game.
