All right then...
I never use the "request military access" feature of peace negotiation, but it struck me that trade agreements would be something else to ask for.
Oftentimes we fight wars to remove trade embargoes, which can be and often are restored within a few years of the end of the war. I think it would be nice to force signage of a trade agreement upon a defeated nation, thus requiring the AI to go through two stability-losing steps (cancel the trade agreement, impose embargo) to shut me out again.
The historicity of this feature can be questioned, as the best examples I can think of are the Opium War of 1842 and Commodore Perry's "gunboat diplomacy" of 1853, both outside the EU2 timespan.
