I'll be frank, the lack of any zoom without the mouse wheel is basically a gamebreaker.

To all of those of you saying "WELL JUST GET A MOUSE WITH A WHEEL": I already have a mouse. It's very comfortable, because the wheel is located in the middle and thus it's very nice to use - no need for that clawgrip crap.

Yet, it doesn't have a scroll. I'd rather not have to buy a new, almost certainly inferior for my purposes, mouse just because Paradox didn't feel like putting a zoom button in.

Just out of curiosity which mouse do you have? You have a wheel, but you don't have a scroll?
Please explain.

Ah, I gave an incorrect impression. I have a proper mouse, but it doesn't have a scroll wheel because the ball (it's a trackball) takes up most of the mouse and you manouevre it with the middle two or three fingers.

Understood, but at least PI is aware of this and will work on it, since I couldn't imagine playing without the zoom function.

I'm sorry, but the only way to scroll atm is via the mouse scroll.

Edit: We want to fix this ofc, but I have no ETA.

apart from laptop owners, alot of track-ball users use this as they might suffer from corpal tunnel, arthritis or other dexterity issues that mean a scroll-wheel mouse is not an option. I would appreciate it if there was less of the breezy assumption that everybody can use a scroll-wheel mouse.
