Tours & Tournament Bug - Stuck in Grand Tournament Preparation

Description​

In my current save file, the countdown timer for the Grand Tournament preparation is frozen at 1 day. Despite waiting for an extended period, the timer does not progress, preventing me from proceeding with the tournament.

Steps to reproduce​

The last thing I think I did was Conducted a grand wedding and after its done started a grand tournament

EDIT : I found a post in reddit with the same problem, and they state that the bug started when assigning Champions

I've experienced the same thing when hosting a tournament and it also seems to have happened when I assigned a champion.
