On 22nd of July 1940 the treacherous Bolshevik hordes declared war on Germany, when I was just peacefully invading the Netherlands and Latvia. ;-)
On 6th of January 1941 the Soviet Union lies in ruins, their forces retreating on all fronts.
Not sure, what caused the total Soviet collapse. Now nearly all their troops have close to ORG 0 (except the very south).
Seems they ran out of supplies and nearly out of fuel too. Too many troops?

But as you can see they have been on dire straits anyway, with German troops at the gates of Moscow and Stalingrad, and German tanks being close to cutting off the whole Caucasus front, which would have ruined them anyway.
