Total development in different contexts

Hello fellow community,

I am sometimes lost in the different ways development is counted for different mechanics. And the wiki is not very helpful for that. I want to create a summary of the different possibilities.
So let's begin.

• Great power: Total raw development + half of the subjects
• Embracing Institutions: Total development modified by autonomy
• Promoting culture: 20 cored development in a state
• Culture shift: > 50% of (cored ?) development in all states
• Estates demands: based on total development in all states (cored and uncored)
• Banners: 1 for 10 development of Manchu culture in the state

Please, it would be great if players with good knowledge of the game correct and complete this list
