So natural disasters is new, simply the patch even, and I'm sitting here wondering about the "easy" scenario Tornado Country. The scenario flat out states that it's an easy scenario, and apparently the easiest among the other four.

I've survived a while and the only repeat "disasters," appears to be something screwy with the water in the river, making the dams a bit of a risk and annoyance to civilians because of flooding and sudden losses of power. It starts with two tornadoes early on, but I think that's the only triggered disaster. I've had a sinkhole and thunderstorm but only the two tornadoes and that's it.
That part aside, supposing it'd be easy, fair enough.... Only, for the "New player," easy, isn't 260,000 civilian goal a little high? If nothing else, it'll just take a really really long time, and be "hard" in regards to city planning. And to stuff all 260,000 people into one city seems like it won't be the prettiest of cities but rather a space management to stuff whoever you can into the city.

I can't entirely confirm that it's actually a bug or not but.... Is it?
