I was just thinking about this, and wondered what other people had to say. Some ones I thought of were:

Riom Trial (Vichy France)
Germany Occupation policy of the Soviet Union (Liberation or Conquest?)
Syria/Lebanon Compromised in 1941 Triggers Allied DoW
Wang Jingbei puppet Government DURING the war between China and Japan
Greek Civil War
USA, UK allow immigrants from Europe?
Some Resoulution to the 'Triangle' Situation--Is it really likely that all three power blocks will remain at war against two other power blocs?
Germany decides whether to go to war against the USA
Berlin Airlift
Vlassov defects to Germany
And some kind of plot for two annoying scenarioes:
Germany dies by 1942 (what do we do for the rest of the game?)
or China gets wiped by 1938.

-Connecting American Far East policy to a Japanese DoW rather than an AI choice.
-Conditional Surrenders fixed and random, peace feelers, etc.
-Taft for President!
-Brazil war entry event
-Free Europe Forces division formation event for UK, USSR. Poles come to mind. Maybe Norway, Netherlands.
-Collaboration events for various German occupation zones. Maybe a manpower boost instead of full units.

Some more events concerning Munich, so France and the UK can have a say. There was a good chance war could have broken out then, but it didn't.

Have the US oild embargo of Japan triggered by her gains in Soviet Bitter Peace (Even if Japan is not at war with SU, if Germany gets BP Japan gets Kamchatka Penninsula and Komandorski Island) USA would have WIGGED if Japan had gained territory so close to Alaska.

SU gets the choice of giving up provinces gained from Persia event, or going to war with the Allies, triggering within a year of German defeat.

France given the choice of releasing Indochina (+dissent) or screwing over the Vietminh (+massive partisan levels in those provinces). For that matter there should be dissent in India, and for anyone dumb enough to try to conquer Iran & Afganistan. No dissent in S and SE Asia is teh lame-o.

Immigrants from Europe? There should definitely be a war refugees event triggering for France after Poland falls (many Polish soldiers & airmen escaped to France) and one for UK after France falls (many of the same Polish serviceman, as well as French, Czech etc.) and maybe after Barbarossa (SU releases Polish soldiers from her POW camps). There is a war refugees event (+100 MP) but it's completely random for everyone.

-The Blue division, Spanish aid to east front. One free infantry division
-The fall of Soviet Union event, When the Allies beat USSR
-The capture of Wernher von Braun, the first allied nation who get the rocket site before Germany is taken. Can also be taken by Soviet.
-The Führer's Birthday 1939 20.4 as an event?
-Marshal Plan?
-Possibility reunion of spiting nations when they get allied.
-Duke of Windsor is king once more! If the Axis annex UK and puppet it.
-German Geopolitics event Germany get claims on Denmark Swizerland??

- Communist China victory event (Nationalists exiled to Taiwan, capital moved to Beiping)
- Nationalist China victory event, move capital to Beiping

This is already in but happens as part of the M-R Pact.

harvest of 1938 (which was good in Germany and gave them the food reserves needed for war)

winter of 1939 (which was bad and prevented the Germany from attacking France and prevented the Allies from fortifying)

Ochi Day: Italian DoW on Greece. Greece should be able to choose whether to fight (in which case they lose a lot of dissent and gain manpower) or to fold (Italy gets military access, Greece may become an Italian puppet).

- CCP infiltration of Nationalist officer corps, due to Whampoa military academy.
- Huge aid to CCP if they manage to achieve a landborder to Mongolia / SU.
- CCP event which remove cores on Mongolia in exchange for aid from the SU (they should have the cores added at the start of the scenario.
- Remove the idiotic -80 tech modifier for Nationalist China in the DD scenario and add dissent if needed.

it is there I have seen it. If Germany dont take London before the fall of 1940
Hess will take the last tripp. Similar is it if Germany dow Soviet and dont take Moscow before november 1941. Germany can then lose Ernst Udet.
But I havent seen Vlassov as an Axis General yet.

nope...it's definitely there. it triggers (The Last Flight of Rudolf Hess) and he gets replaced by Martin Bormann. Hess had some weird illusion he could convince the British to make a peace arrangement, so maybe the existing event could be modified to give like a 1% chance for him to succeed.
