Just got DH. Seems to be a great game. It is both similar to and different from HOI 3 plus it has WW1 which is a nice change.

I have a suggestion about tooltips:

Can you color code the information (font color) in all tooltips (positives green, negatives red)?

For example, the traits of ministers (positive/negative) or the resource tooltips (incoming/outgoing) at the top of the screen... When the tooltips are loaded with information it becomes hard to read and color coding the information would go a long way to alleviate this problem and make it easier to see positives and negatives at once.

Minister and resource tooltips are the two big ones I can think of right now but as a general rule all tooltips should be this way in my opinion. Thanks.
