I was playing as one of the Welsh dukes at 1066 where you have a bunch of kids. Less then 10 in a years I tumbled with 4 of my daughter in laws and I think I ended up having at least 1 kid with each. Although never got the chance to recognized one.
The best I've done is having a baby with my own secret bastard, then having a baby with that secret bastard.
I do miss the old days though where you could some how accidently have your own daughters as lovers.

Sometimes sleeping with your in-laws is the only way to ensure your brothers or sons procreate. I had a brother who I had marry the heiress of England with the intent that the king would eventually be my dynasty, except that he belatedly decided he was homosexual and chaste. Fortunately, both were at my court, I got the event and I took it. She had a healthy son and my brother never knew.

Really... it almost seems like there's some probability increase for affairs with women married to your kin. I had a character recently that was neither lustful nor hedonist (he was not chaste and was gluttonous -- I don't know if that last one changes anything). He had affairs with the wives of two nephews and his son. Their first children were ALL by the King (though they never knew...)
Maybe she's maimed? Like that nickname the "half-hand."
This well defines about 70% of CK2 comments when taken out of context and probably a decent chunk of them taken IN context.
She's the daughter of my bastard half-sister. Two of my sister's siblings are my bastard daughters.
