Bottom left, I too was confused where it was. You'd think it would be near the other top right buttons like deciaions. What what what?!
Where is it? Haven't found it yet... Allready though im missing some tech.
Maybe someone could post a screenshot pls![]()
Personally I still don't know how to use rare planet features such as crystal mines or bubbling swamps.
I also don't get why I have to open a list when I build districts, since there's only one of each kind (why not just a "+" button?).
Apropos of nothing, but I remember when that game came out and how gorgeous it was. With the appropriate tech discovered, you'll gain access to a building that can be built on planets with aforementioned rare planet features (the buildings in turn create the relevant jobs for your pops).
Though there are other rare planet features that create jobs directly, with no need for a building.
There is definitely an undesirable disconnect between the features that enable the buildings, and the pops that work the buildings.
I can't help thinking back to how much better Sid Meier's Colonization did it.
Districts (tiles), Buildings (buildings), Pops (colonists), and their various species (specializations), all on one (very low resolution!) screen, with intuitive drag & drop too.
As far as UI design goes it was a thing of beauty; puts Stellaris to shame really.

Sounds like the UI isn't very good. I have seen many complaints about it.
