There is but one thing I want the Mass Transit DLC to include, toll roads/turn pikes.
Having a nice toll road acting as an expressway to industry and the like would be sweet. And some of that nice toll income going into road maintenence would lift some of the direct tax burden off cims.
Plus this would allow and introduce a potential new mechanics such as alternitive income streams in future DLCs. But that's a whole different request.
Regardless, a toll road would be an awesome addition, and even if abused by players changing main highways to toll roads, would be all that unrealistic given how highways in some states are virtually giant toll roads. Take New Jersey for example.
