With the new province of Tolcu added, I'd suggest to make that one the former-ottoman province requirement to from Romania for two reasons:
-it makes far better borders
-it creates more accurate borders for those who want to have a Romania looking like modern Romania
It's just changing one province, changing that shouldn't be that hard
