Toggle Traffic Lights not working but toggle stop signs does

I wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue. I can toggle stop signs on and off at a variety of different interestions fine, but every time I've tried to toggle on or off traffic lights, they just stay don't switch. I've tried this at a number of different intersections.

I've turned off my mods (had very few to begin with) and the issue still persists.

I'm running the most current version of the game with the mass transit expansion.

Am I not doing something right or is anyone else running into a similar issue?

It's not much help, but for what it's worth, I can tell you it is not happening to me. No mods running.

I´m having the exact same problem. Stops signs are working as they should, but traffic light just wont work? Pleas help!!!!

Pedestrian crossings mod is the culprit apparently.

I have never had, nor do I have now, any mods.
The turning on and off traffic lights, works perfectly for me.
So it must be something on your side.
