Jake, that was kind of sad to watch. I get, teaching a noob as you were, that you would not want to mix it up too much, but you waited too long to hire advisors, losing valuable points, did not start building ships to beat away Tunisia, which you would know you'd had to beat if you kept an eye on Granada, and also, after reconquering Granada, you didn't take Spain must be Christian, which is uhh, lets just say, the most important early game event Castile can definitely fire and thus a free and important mission completion.

Maybe you should have showed a video of a country you know how to play.

The idea was for me to understand what was going on, and that was a lot more important than playing optimally. There is no point in talking about ambassadors before understanding what stats they influence. And since the plan of the stream was to get to the new world that is what we focused on. Castille-specific events aren't really what the stream was about.

Normally I wouldn't discuss all the plans behind a stream, but in this case I felt it was important enough to get everyone on the same page about what we wanted to do. That said there's still room for improvement, and I read most comments in relation to the streams.
