Are there ne mods that make it harder with soviet union? No i dont 2 runs of factories so i have insane amounts of IC i always make my infra 100% first then ill make land forts in moscow leningrad and stalingrad, so its not that im making it to imbalanced towards me, i just cant seem to lose as the SU.
