Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Hi,

Notice the map : this country (Yasyugan mire) is not considered my vassal. (= it is not my color)

But i'm the liege of the leader of that country... so i don't understand.

ALl my other vassals are well my color and in my empire borders.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
load save.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
