In the russian orthodox church declared independent from constantinople event, do you think its better to go for it or not, the greek culture and the national provinces are rather nice but having ure monarch's values decreased for the rest of the game isn't...., what do you think is better overall ?

actually I believe that the decrease will only afect the current monarch, once he dies the rest will have normal stats...

so yes it is worth it

Definally worth it the Greek culture gives Russia the edge it needs for conqureing the blaken areas.

Go for it! Once you start creeping westward (or charging westward, depending on your style) those CB shields are really helpful for unifying with the 'Little Brother' serbs in the Balkans.

it is worthy for a permanent cb on the ottomans, although considering the fact that the ottomans usually get beaten early in game by venice, joannieten, denmark, portugal and other scum there is not much profit of it in that point of view.

The three-point stab hit hurts a lot more than the adm/dip/mil hit, which (as mentioned) goes away with your next monarch. It's well worth it to get a few more provinces with conscription centers and no nationalism, and a handful more with no cultural revolt risk.

Well worth it. Since you get a CB shield on Thrace, you can continually DOW the Ottomans at will...
