Title Sebastokrator can be given multiple times despite limit of 1

For some reason it is sometimes possible to give the minor title Sebastokrator to a new character despite the fact that there is alredy a character with this title in your realm. As you can see in the screenshots two of my sons and one of my daughters have this title. Every time I give it away it says that I can give 1/1, even if I already gave away this title to someone. I do not know the triggers for this bug to show up. At the moment the screenshots were made I could not give this title to another character.
