Title Screen Changes

I would really like to change the load screen for a sort of MOD im working on, I have made the picture in the correct format and size, but where do I set it so that the game will load it instead of the default one?

Sorry, wrong screen, I should have said loading screen. But thanks anyways, now I can change that too.

1024 x 768, the load screen is on gfx ("load_1024").
