Is it possible to remove the ability to revoke titles from Christian feudal lords? I seem to remember that republics & bishoprics were unable to do this, or at least I can't remember observing it, although I may have confused that with inability to create & grant titles.
If it's possible I'd very much appreciate being shown how to do so, or at least pointed in the right direction file-wise. I know this isn't really historical but frankly I'm sick of my feudal ducal vassals screwing up my carefully arranged duchies, and it looks a bit goofy having 20 archbishops in one kingdom...
