I'm current playing as the King of Aragon with three children, all female. My succession laws are Agnatic-Cognatic Primogeniture, so it had all my titles going to my oldest daughter. I married them all off, and a few years later my youngest daughter had a son, so all my titles shifted to her as the heir. Alright, I'm OK with this. But a few months later, my oldest daughter had a son, and she regained her place as the heir to the kingdom, but all my other titles (duchies, counties, and baronies) still show that my youngest daughter is the heir. Is this intentional? Shouldn't primogeniture have all my titles going to one person?

Daughters with sons are prefered over daughters without sons in agnatic-Cognatic Succession laws.
