Someone enlighten me. Playing as Pruissa, formed North German Alliance. It's 1856. I am on rank 4 of the big players but my industrialization is only at place 7 with a industrialization score of 61. England, France, Russia and Austria all have over 200 indust. score. I don't know what I have done wrong. I kept taxes low, mostly between 28 and 35. I tried to promote craftsmen and clerks as much as possible through national focus and had almost always tarifs of 0. For some reason my neighbours get those factories up in no time and fill them up with craftsmen, while my factories only slowly grow and if I am lucky they are filled a quarter. Most of the time only with one or less of the white fill symbols, barely making a profit.

Some tips would be appriciated!

Got the same issue with France here.

My prestige and army scores are outstanding, but my miserable industrial score makes everyone laugh, and I don't see any way out of this (despite having played all tutorials before launching any real game).

So what's the magical hidden tool nobody told me about?
