Build a navy because your navy can acctually defeat the enemy.
Remove the colonizers colonise's in war, westernise (be careful about that you can't have any overextension to start westernization).
You should have little competition to grab most of the land, be western tech, weak colonial nations, it should be in the bag, even if you stay pagan because of your superior navy.

I have about 25 heavies right now which have been enougt to defeat Portugal + Spain.
Get one of their finished colony which they have a core on so you can westernise.
Absolutly, dont take anything that you can't core.
Well, thanks. Should I go to North America first, or just finish Central America down to Colombia?
Im not sure about that, however get Exploration, Expansion, Quantity and Ademistration for fast colonization.
