So, I'm trying to get the Munich Disagreement as Czechoslovakia, going down the Communist Route, (To get Soviets in while they have advantage). However, my plan hit a snag: The French guarantee on Romania. Do I need to manually justify on Poland to avoid the French Guarantee? Any other tips that might be helpful would also be appreciated.

The way I did it was just following the default democratic tree with forts galore - I think I cheesed it by getting guaranteed after being abandoned, but it's definitely possible for you and Romania together (they should be guaranteeing Czechoslovakia) to hold off Germany on a wall of level 7 forts.

As for the French guarantee on Romania... yeah, you're gonna have to wait for them to remove that. Which I'm not sure if their focus tree even does. A manual justification wouldn't work unless you're also guaranteed, I'm afraid. Might be easier to go for Poland (via focus or manual justification) instead.
