I am thinking of doing a 36 UK scenario.i was wondering in the game would it be possible for this to happen before i try and do it.if so i dont care if i lose i just want to try something new.

Open the console with F12 and type 'freedom'.
This lets you move the government policy sliders around as much as you want without penalties.
Once you've arranged it into a fascism of your liking, open the console again and put 'freedom' in again to return to normal.
You might have trouble divesting yourself of all of your treaties, so you can use 'acceptall' in the same way to make sure you can leave the alliance and so on.

When I want to play as Fascist UK I usually start the game as Germany and declare war on the allies. Followed by an immediate forced peace where UK is Germanys puppet, and then I release it. When this happens France turns into the leader of the Allies and a lot of UK's colonies fall under French control. Makes the game a bit more challenging.
