There are 2-3 states in the north-west which are not TC and have good enough total Dev.
Why state it if you give it to a TC a few decades later.
A campaign like that doenst go down without the occasional backup save.
Im not going to restart because some small hickup puts the whole thing at risk 200 years in. Im not that much of a masochist.
As for the actual exploits, i try to keep their usage to a minimum for my One-Faith runs, unless the whole thing is based on one like the Nahutal OF was.
A big question on my mind is, assuming I move my capital to Europe to get TC(I'm thinking Constantinople), should I go Revolutionary?
