A titanic improvement from EU3, but still flawed: Poland and Lithuania as usual being totally incapable of expanding and getting owned by rebels (sadly almost historically appropriate but they should be strong at least in the early years; personally I would have made the P-L union fixed rather than relying on a DHE, just to help history along a little), Muscovy as usual sitting next to OPM Novgorod for 200 years (seriously why does this happen so regularly in EU3?) as well as ignoring the possibility of getting an easy Black Sea port and OE not bothering to crush the pathetic illegitimate Romans being the most annoying; plus the whole messy situation in France which would have been fine if it hadn't lasted for the whole game. However, the snaking was minimal (just a little from OE and Kazan at times) and the OE's overall performance was like a dream come true, they actually seemed to conquer huge amounts of Asia which never happened in unmodded EU3. I'm happy to accept some HRE blobbing, Italy may not have been that historically plausible but it looked fun and dynamic and that should be at least equal in important to real historicity. Same with Germany proper getting fairly blobbed up, IRL HRE states expanded via inheritance, however I'm totally willing to pretend that all the HRE wars are dynastic conflicts for the sake of giving the AI the chance to create a Prussia analogue, for example.
We all love you Wiz, I'm sure you'll work your magic somehow
This is a really good idea, however it might be worth noting that such a system should probably take culture and religion into account too, in which case Bulgaria isn't that bad a choice even though IRL Bulgaria was more important to the OE than such a simplistic analysis would suggest. Obviously ideally you'd see the most distant parts of the Balkans separate first such as Bosnia and anything north of the Danube but I think that might be hoping for too much.
I'll just say it's definitely not something I want to happen in the release version.

- When Ottomans defeated, the first country that gain independence is Bulgaria. This is too common since Eu3. Because "B" is one of the first letters in alphabet. So enemy AI choose first Bulgaria to release, then usually an Turkish minor in, because they don't need much War Score to be released. However, the first countries to be released should be distant to the capital. Bulgaria and Western Anatolia was very core territories of Ottomans 500 years ago. There can be a simple system about this; let's say you want to divide your enemy's empire by forcing him to release country. If you choose preferably non-core or distant country from enemy's capital, War Score cost of this could be lower, but if you choose most important core territories of enemy War Score could be higher.
