I do no know why am so obsessed with this topic. However I decided to reduce clockspeeds and see the performance results then. I am comparing all of these result to my

i7 3770k @3.6Ghz (stock)
1444.11.11 -> 1449.11.11 2:28
1444 -> 1445 28s
1445 -> 1446 29s
1446 -> 1447 30s
1447 -> 1448 31s
1448 -> 1449 30s
Average: 29.6s
20% slower Clockspeed -> 20% Slower Gamespeed.
i7 3770k @2.7Ghz (Underclocked)
1444.11.11 -> 1449.11.11 2:56min
1444 -> 1445 34s
1445 -> 1446 35s
1446 -> 1447 36s
1447 -> 1448 35s

Average: 35.2s
40% slower Clockspeed -> ~33% Slower Gamespeed.
As tekjunkie28 noted this game is heavily single core focused and these numbers back it up. I reduced per core performance directly by lowering clock speed I got immediate performace loss as expected. This raises the question if a ivy bridge i3 clocked at the same speeds as my i7 gets to do the benchmark, would we close to the same performance or are there any other variables?
You didn't actually show any numbers
