Edit: For ease of reference the consensus of the conjecture, for I have not found a definitive answer, is before noon EST. Possibly as early as 0600 EST... Thanks for the help everyone!

At what time on 09 May will the game be available for download on Steam? I check both pinned release announcements but didn't find anything. Thanks for the help!

It will likely depend on steam. I am guessing 10am pacific time.

Probably 7 pm Sweden time as this is when most games are released on steam.

Usually paradox titles release sometime during the day. From anywhere near midday GMT to evening.
