time laps website

around the time when eu4 was released, there was a post pointing towards a website that was able to read saved games (if i remember correctly) and to show territorial evolution throughout the played time. something like quill18's timelaps video. is anybody having an idea which website was able to do that? the info has been lost through the forum for me and i'm unable to find it back. thanks

personally, play throughs and lets play of EUIV bore me to death, but when (for example) quill did his time-laps of Poland, i was so memorized. I wish more people did that.

it's not about 'let's play' or ltps. it's time lapse video showing how the empires rise and fall within the game. the world map
