Time is stuck/cant unpause

When i start a new game with a friend, everything works just normally without any problems, fps 80 and so on. But, when the game is unpaused, the time runs normally on me, but on my friend it gets stuck immediately. When he hosts a game and i join, it works completely normally without any fps or network lag, but after about 80 days, the game says that im 40-50-60-70 hours behind and it just keeps going, making the game unplayable.

This is strange, since nothing on my or his network nor my or his hardwire has changed, and the game has worked for about 150 hours that we have played, without any kind of errors. plz help

I have 16gb RAM, about 90 FPS early game
