Tigris/Volga CoA

These two duchies have exactly the same CoA. Granted they hardly ever get made and I only noticed this in the MKID scenario in which both duchies are indipendant and catholic.

Should one of them get a new CoA?

Kingdoms of Georgia and Bohemia have same CoA as well and it's not that much of a problem. Generally CoAs are best handled by user-modifications.
