An idea I've just had while raiding : it would be neat if prisoners from raids or sieges were tied to the army until the army gets back to "can disband" status.
The fact that prisoners teleport instantly to your court is both unrealistic and either really powerful (when you're raiding or sieging) and incredibly frustrating (when the raid is over 2 days before your army gets there).
Making it so you can chase an army to get the prisoners back, just as you can get the money back from raiders, would spice things up.
You could even imagine taking prisoners of another army, and maybe have a chance of hurting the prisoners in the process, making it a trade off - either you pay, or you try to get them back by force, with a risk.
