To Prussia

We, Nicholas I Pavlovich by the grace of God, Emperor and Autocrat of all the Russias, have been shocked to learn of your planned interference in the current Egyptian crisis.

We would like to stress the fact that his majesty is currently in the unification of what is to become a glorious nation. The Kingdoms of Baden, Wurtenbergh and Bavaria have already pleaded their case on the right of independence to us on multiple occasions. We are sure that the army you are planning to send to North Africa can be put to better use against them.

We very much express the hope that the rebellion in Egypt comes to an end soon so we all can concentrate on other matters.

To Russia:

Your lap dog in the south has gotten out of hand, please reign it in.

To the Ottoman murderer:

Austria strongly protests the Ottoman aggressions in Egypt. Not only are you not sated with your recent slaughters of millions of women and children in Nejd, Oman and Ethiopia, but you have continued to slaughter those hapless peoples in the lands around you. Austria no longer will stand such hostilities and will remind the Ottoman Tyrant just how feeble his power is.

Those cultured peoples, of whom the entirety of the width and breadth of Austria is made, are greatly appalled at the slaughter you have unleashed in Axum, reports of which have already reached our court. Not only do you kill the men of Egypt, but you seem to feel that it is your right to deprive a great land of entire generations of its peoples. The Rape of Axum is but another stone by which the scale of judgement tilts against you.

We warn you now, Ottoman Snake, Austria will no longer stand for your killings, for your slaughters, or even for the continued existence of your lands. The time has come for those nations, whom know by the grace of God that they are of a morally strong fiber to return this demon, this blaspehmy upon mankind to the depths of hell from which he must surely have been spawned.

Austria requires the humbling of a tyrant and asks who may stand with us.

As for now, pending the destruction of the Italian "uprising" we shall content ourselves with a closing of all diplomatic channels henceforth with the tribe of the Osmanli and but awake the day when our mighty hosts shall smite your lands, free those whom you have unjustly conquered and restore the honour of those whom you have slaughtered.

Your uprising will be crushed. We wish no harm to your peoples and will overlook this "mistake" should you make peace in a timely matter.

2. The Axum Incident is indeed regrettable, and the officer involved has been disciplined. Nevertheless, when civilians strike against military units, their own armies having been defeated in open battle, they must expect to be classified as rebels and treated accordingly.

3. We strongly dislike the reference to the killing of women and children in Nejd and Oman. No such incidents have occurred; this is a despicable lie spread by the infidel media for their own purposes. The Bedouin and the Omani are our brothers both in the Faith and in their Arab descent; they welcomed Our armies as liberators from tyranny and poverty.

4. Moreover, Our armies have the strongest possible instructions to act mercifully, and above all not to make war on the women and children who will form the future armies of Islam. This is an example We would hope the Crusader states might take to heart.

5. As regards the Egyptian rebels, We will continue Our reconquest of those lands, thereby removing the danger of further wars in Africa. We feel that a Power at war with two of its neighbours should not criticise one that is only retaking its own lands in the interest of peace.

To continue in your figure of speech, if you insist on kicking the cute puppy to our south, we shall unleash the bear. You have awoken her from hibernation already and she is not happy. Heed this final warning, as the bear will be renting and tearing your empire apart.

The Sovereign of the House of Osman, the Sultan of Sultans, the Khan of Khans, the Great King and King of Kings, the Commander of the Faithful and Successor of the Prophet, wishes to make it known :

1. We deplore the recent aggressive actions of Prussia, which have set all of Europe at loggerheads. Surely we, the most civilised people in the world, can find a better way to resolve our differences, especially as those differences are the creation of a single madman?

2. While the armies have mobilised, and are marching, they have not yet clashed. It is not yet too late to prevent bloodshed. Let us come together and speak of peace.

3. To that end, We have ordered that Our armies in the Balkans shall make no incursions into Austrian lands, nor will Our African garrisons raid the colonies of other nations. We hope that other nations may follow Our example, thus slowing the pace of the war and permitting cooler heads to prevail.

4. Although Europe has had its differences in the past, they were small matters, resolved by a border moved here or a trade concession there. This war will be different, a Gotterdammerung that will grind nations into dust and be ended only by revolution and famine; truly a War to End Wars. Such an outcome cannot be to the advantage of any nation.

5. In particular, the Austrian Empire, already weakened by the restlessness of its subject peoples, would surely collapse.

6. Therefore, once more We call upon the statesmen of Europe to come together and end this misguided war before it becomes terrible. Perhaps the imposition of a more sensible regime in Berlin is indicated.

7. The lights are going out all over Europe. But they are not yet dark; it is our task, our Allah-given Test, to see them lit again in our lifetime.

Russia​

We, Nicholas I Pavlovich, by the grace of God, Emperor and Autocrat of all the Russias, had hoped that with the rise of a new king to power in Prussia a new era of peace and stabiliy would dawn upon Europe.

Prussia's demand for French disarmament was a diplomatic misstep and had no legal base whatsoever. Declaring war on us because we supported the french in their right to defend themselves, might have been another miscalculation on Prussia's side. But as we know of the pressure of ruling ones country we are willing to forgive the young King of Prussia for his rash action and acknowlegde the fact the Austria was honourbound to join her ally in war. We shall think no less of her.

We would however like to stress the fact that Russia does not only have the biggest army in the world, we also have the strongest economy and are debtfree. Combined with our French and Ottoman allies you are no match.

We shall offer a white peace this once only. Especially to Austria we urge acceptance as your empire is full of revolts and heavy in debt.

On a side note, as we all know blue blood is running thin lately. We still must remain vigilant that only those well versed in the art of statecraft rise to power in Europe.

We were led into this current conflict as a way to ensure that the Russian Army did not storm into German lands. However, this does not mean that we support action directly against the Russian state.

As of now, we will consider this war a defensive war. We will put ships to sea around our national waters for protection. We will not engage in any offensive operations at this time.

Russia​

We, Александр II Николаевич, by the grace of God, Emperor and Autocrat of all the Russias, have found the mecry to take the people of Korea to the warm breast of the Motherland. We shall confiscate and modernize their mining facilities in the north. In trade we shall put an enlightened government to power in Seoul. The ever expansionistic English Queen has forced us into this protective action, as we know she is even covetting more lands.

This action shall hopefully finalize our campaigns in the east and we shall play a more active role in Europe after this.

1. We have long been conscious of the manifold and varied crimes of the Russian Czar : His drinking and whoring, his refusal to listen to even the imperfect Word of God spoken by his Christian priests, his brutal suppression of the Persian people.

2. To these sins has lately been added the building of an army, larger than any three others in the world combined; what purpose can such an army have but conquest?

3. Therefore, after much deliberation, and with great sorrow, We are forced to hereby proclaim a new Jihad.

4. Not carelessly or lightheartedly, but in the full knowledge of the weight of grief We thereby lay upon the world, We call upon all Moslems to rise up against the false Czar; to make war upon him with all their might and by all possible means; and not to rest until his overweening pride lies humbled in the dust.

5. The Persian people shall be freed, and the Poles liberated; Korea shall be protected, and China shall bow no more in fear of the foreigner. But this is not a war merely to move a border, or force the surrender of a province. This is the Armageddon spoken of in the oldest texts of the Jews, the final battle against the unbeliever. Before it is ended, great nations will be ground to dust, and entire peoples shall lie in the cold earth.

6. The Sword of Islam has been drawn for war. It shall not be sheathed again until the Czar bows before his Maker. And may God defend the righteous!
